We have a pretty NEW Collection of Red and White Cottons to use to complete your RedWork Projects. They ALL look wonderful around your RedWork Embroidery stitched on our White Muslin . We finished our NEW Dog Quilt using 2 of these cottons using both the Red Background and the White Backgrounds.  Nice stuff. Hope you will have some time on your Monday holiday to enjoy some stitching time.  I am working for part of the day to finish up instructions for a NEW Tea Towel Pattern featuring the bright summer tea towel colored stripes from Dunroven House. In just a week or so we will offer a new embroidery Pattern for you to make these colorful Summery Tea Towels….each would make a great pillow too!

On Friday during our Anniversary Party, Brenda and I added binding our our new Doggie Quilt.  It is coming soon!! Patience.

We had a great Party day yesterday! So many of you “local” gals stopped by to enjoy Sharon’s FREE Wool Applique Workshop throughout the day. We snapped a photo of one bunch of happy stitchers making the cute little pin to wear or give for Mother’s Day Everyone enjoyed SAVNG 10% on ALL the goodies in our Kelseyville Store too.  Hop on the Website and shop before Sunday ends and our Anniversary SALE is over !

We have changed and grown so much in our first year. Lots of new goodies for you and more great vintage furniture finds from our trips to quilt shows. We have wonderfully scented candles in cute little kitchen jars plus delicious honey made right here in Kelseyville by home town bees.  The interesting kitchen cupboard has great storage plus a dropdown door to create a kitchen desk or office to keep track of all your household projects.  A terrific piece. Other goodies in the cupboard are out Naked Bee Lotions and other personal care items.  “All of the Good Stuff and None of the Bad”!  Come in to the Store this week (especially on Friday’s Party Day) to see our candles and other great stuff.

My last blog posted before I was finished adding some pictures for you to enjoy. Sharon’s FREE Wool Applique Pin Workshop will introduce you to the joys of working with Wool.  A petite Heart and Flowers plus a Mother of Pearl Button.  One of three designs from our Floral Hearts Leaflet . Learn a trick or two about making and cutting out templates for your Wool Applique.  Enjoy embroidery with DMC #8 Perle Cotton making a pin you can give to Mother on Sunday.  Join us for a FUN class. While visiting the Store you can run your fingers along our large wall of wool .  This is a photo I took while setting it up a year ago – it is even more full now!  Remember, all our Wool is on sale so you can add to your stash.
